Global Hotel Alliance taps Oracle OPERA Cloud to automate key member processes

GHA is the world’s largest alliance of independent hotels, including 40 brands and more than 800 properties in 100 countries. A challenge with its legacy member intelligence platform was giving its hotels (the likes of Kempinski, Outrigger, and Pan Pacific) access to the data they needed on demand—for example, to recognize guests as loyalty program members when they’ve booked through an online travel agency or other indirect channel. GHA turned to Oracle OPERA Cloud Central to give member hotels access to that data without having to manage complicated lookups, so that GHA can consistently deliver on the brand promises it makes to guests.
